Novaturient

This is my new favorite word, novaturient - a desire to alter your life, the feeling that pushes you to travel. I love yoga and coaching and all the wellness things, but my absolute favorite part of my wellness journey has been traveling! It has been fully transformational and opened my eyes to the world and myself. I’m at a stage in my life where I’m figuring out what comes next and expanding my world is helping me determine that.

I embarked on an epic solo roadtrip vision quest in the Northeast part of the US this summer. I drove in Ruby Sue, my Subaru Forester and camped in the back. I saw so many amazing things:
